Healthy Home Systems 350 Primer is formulated to be used as a primer over most subfloors, including gypsum, lightweight concrete, concrete, APA approved plywood and patching compounds or self-levelers. This material is designed to increase the spread rate of the adhesive and improve the performance of the adhesive. Healthy Home Systems 350 can also be used to encapsulate old adhesive residue (residue being defined as no trowel ridges and smooth to the touch) which includes old cutback adhesive. Moisture levels MUST be below 8 lbs. and 90% rh when tested in accordance with applicable ASTM standards.
